YOGA AND MEDITATION STUDIES
Marilee began practicing yoga and meditation in the 1970s, began teaching classes in the early 1980s to both children and adults, and has since taught thousands of classes and workshops. She has maintained a daily practice for 40 years, and over the decades of studying and teaching, Marilee has studied with international leaders and trained in various styles of Hatha yoga. She is most influenced by Ananda, Sivananda and Kripalu, and her guru Shri Anandi Ma. Her classes focus on both the physical benefits of yoga as well as the deeper effects on mind and energy that yoga can offer. She is known by her students for leading a powerful practice that applies the wisdom of yogic philosophy to every-day living. Marilee currently leads classes, workshops, and retreats.
