SAUCHA: PURIFICATION
"Whatever form purifying takes, it always begins with the intention to "lighten" the load we are carrying... to experience more of the divine." ~ D. Adele
Friday, March 22 to Saturday, March 23
Spring Equinox is Nature's signal to "lighten"! We sense nature's balance in day and night and the natural cycles of seasonal purification as sunbeams filter with more power, snows melt, mud season arrives, and spring rains wash.
Synchronizing with nature, now is the optimum time for us to cleanse and purify our bodies, minds and spirits. It is a natural time for Saucha, a yogic Niyama meaning purification. This weekend will provide a spectrum of purification from nutrition with juicing and organic whole foods, to meditation, yoga, pranayama, introspective writing, mindfulness walks, and an outdoor labyrinth.
A special workshop in Mindful Cleansing Practices and Meals with Sara Sullivan, Holistic Nutritionist, will offer new insights for integrating pure eating in daily life.
Exploring the many facets of purification and the deep dimensions of Saucha, experience the resonance of these practices lightening you on every level.
Tuition range $475-$575 based on room type. Please reserve your space early. Inquire for accommodation details and rates.
